The service

Reseller Radar provides estimates of resale value based on publicly available eBay listing data. These estimates are not guarantees of actual sale prices. You are solely responsible for your own buying and selling decisions.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." Price estimates may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We are not responsible for any losses incurred from buying or selling decisions based on the app's recommendations.

Not affiliated with eBay

Reseller Radar is an independent tool. We use eBay's public APIs but are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by eBay Inc. eBay trademarks and content belong to eBay Inc.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app to:

• Scrape eBay data in violation of eBay's terms of service.
• Build competing products or services using our code or data.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party terms.

Account and data

You are responsible for your own saved data. We do not back up local browser data stored in localStorage. If you clear your browser storage, your saved finds will be lost.

Intellectual property

Reseller Radar branding, code, and design are owned by us. eBay trademarks, logos, and content belong to eBay Inc. and are used under their API terms.

Payments

When paid plans exist, pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if requested via yobescollectibles@gmail.com.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
